An immaculate George VI solid silver oval tea caddy with hinged lid, hallmarked Sheffield 1936. Oval form with rim to the base and scalloped rim to the top. The inset hinged air tight lid with peak to the centre; the small finial to the top forming the handle. The lid opening to reveal a clean interior. Bears the makers mark Sheffield silversmiths Lee & Wigfull along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.25" wide x 2.25 deep x 3" high.
