Georgian Oak Coffer Bach
A George II period oak coffer bach with base drawer and original patina c.1730. Single plank top with moulded edge over four plank base with moulded front edges and moulded waist, single shallow drawer below with original ring drop handles. Sat on a moulded plinth with bracket feet set to the corners. Original steel and brass lock plate to the front, the hinged top opening to reveal a clean interior. Superb original mellow colour and rich patina. Measures 25" wide x 13" deep x 16" high. Stock number 38185.
