A top quality Victorian silver Mustard pot with hinged lid and Bristol blue glass liner by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths, hallmarked London 1899. The heavy quality solid silver pot with slightly tapering sides and ringed decoration to the foot. Simple loop handle set to the side and stepped lid to the top, which includes a thumb plate to aid opening. The hinged lid with recess for holding the spoon, opens to reveal an internal Bristol blue glass liner. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmiths Goldsmiths & Silversmiths along with clear hallmarks to all sections. The pot pre...sented in excellent original condition with a perfect liner and a later added spoon.
