A quality 1930's Philips 6" terrestrial globe on the original turned ebonised timber foot. Broad ring turned foot with rich ebonised finish, baluster column above rising to meet the cast polished brass axis, which is supporting the globe. The revolving 6" papier mache globe in superb clear condition, bears the makers label for George Philips & Sons, Fleet Street, London. Presented in excellent original undamaged condition with an excellent patina.
