Immaculate George V Silver Blotter
A top quality George V period solid silver desk top ink blotter in immaculate condition, hallmarked Sheffield 1924. Plain mirror polished solid silver top with large cast silver handle to the centre. The silver surface returning around the sides to hold the ebonised mahogany blotter block and blotting paper in place. The handle unscrews to allow replacement paper to be inserted. Bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths William Hutton & Sons Ltd along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Superbly made and presented in immaculate unused condition. Measures 4.75" wide x 2.5" ...deep x 2.25" high to top of handle. Stock number 43119.
