Immaculate Victorian Solid Silver Cake Knife
An immaculate fine quality solid silver cake knife with mother of pearl handle, hallmarked London 1900. The heavy quality solid silver blade with decorative engraving to both sides, smooth blade to the lower edge and serrated edge to the upper edge. Decorative cross hatched cast silver mount supporting the mother of pearl handle. Bears the makers mark for London silversmith William Hutton along with clear hallmarks. Sat in the original blue silk and velvet lined black leather cloth presentation case. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Knife measures 10.25"... long x 1" wide blade.
