Large Early Moorcroft Moonlit Blue Vase
A large superbly painted Moorcroft 'Moonlit Blue' pattern vase in mint condition, signed William Moorcroft c.1914. Bulbous form with slightly flared rim, decorated with a continuous band of tube lined trees set against a landscape background. Each tree painted in deep blues with speckles of lichen green, the background dark blue at the base and speckled blue at the top. Signed William Moorcroft to the base in green along with the Moorcroft factory impressions. Presented in perfect unrestored condition with no damage or repairs. Measures 8.25" high x 7.25" diameter.
