Large Moorcroft Eventide Vase
A large Moorcroft Eventide design baluster shaped vase in mint condition, signed William Moorcroft c.1920. The baluster shaped vase with slightly flared foot and rolled over rim to the top. The sides of the vase decorated with a band of tube lined trees set within a landscape, which is painting to the lower section of the vase. The back ground painted in dark blueish green at the base, deep sunset red above fading into a golden orange at the top. The trees in ochre tones with desirable specked decoration on the crowns. Signed William Moorcroft to the base along with factory impressions indi...cating a date of manufacture of circa 1920. Presented in perfect unrestored condition.
