A large late Victorian solid polished embossed brass planter with family crest and Fleur-de-Lis decoration c.1890. Oblong form with rounded ends, rolled rim to the top, family crest to the front flanked by Fleur-de-Lis and complementing decoration to the rear. Keyed seems throughout, sat on small ball and claw brass feet with lion mask ring drop handles to each end. Holds 3 to 4 plant pots (7" diameter); superb quality and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine.
