Large Victorian Silver Cologne Bottle by William Comyns
A fine quality and large solid silver cologne bottle and stopper by highly regarded maker William Comyns, hallmarked London 1901. The unusually large sized bottle with solid silver cover, slightly domed at the top, with long neck, flat sides and rounded ends. The sides of the bottle with fine quality fretted and embossed decoration in scrolled leaf and cherub design. Original silver stopper and cork to the top with ring pull to aid opening. The original internal removeable cologne bottle in perfect condition. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded and collected silversmiths William Comyn...s along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate perfect condition.
