Late Victorian Chinoiserie Framed Mirror
A late Victorian portrait mirror with Chinoiserie decoration set against a black Japanned background c.1900. The timber frame with original shaped pediment to the top and moulded surround to the mirror. Black Japanned background decorated with Chinoiserie decoration and gilt relief. Original quarter plate mirror glass in excellent condition, boarded back with secure fixings for wall hanging. Presented in excellent original condition with a deep shine. Measures 18" wide at the pediment x 15" wide at mirror frame x 1" deep x 38" high. Stock number 41275.
