Late Victorian Gilt Brass Model of a Saluki
A superbly detailed gilt brass model of a Saluki sat on a marble base c.1900. The cast gilded brass model of the saluki stood in elegant pose with excellent detail throughout; the gilt finish in superb condition. Set on a mottled Italian marble plinth with moulded edge to the front and sides. Superb quality and condition and presented in immaculate condition (Gilded finish requires no cleaning with polis). Measures at the plinth 14" wide x 8" deep. Dog measures 9.25" high x 12.75" long x 2.75" deep. Stock number 38572.
