Late Victorian Mahogany Cased Barograph

A quality late Victorian mahogany cased barograph with thermometer and chart drawer to the base, fully working and ready for use c.1900. The mahogany case with quarter plate bevelled edge glasses, sat on a moulded plinth. Chart drawer to the base with pad feet below. The 8 day movement with platform escapement, nib adjuster and mercury action thermometer on a bone scale. Fully serviced and working, supplied with charts and ink ready for use. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine to the original polish. Measures 15" long x 9.5" deep 9" high. Stock number 37638.
