Late Victorian Mahogany Pen, Ink and Letter Stand
A top quality late Victorian solid mahogany fruitwood strung desk stand with original ink well in superb original condition c.1900. Swept arch back to the letter rack with Sheraton sunburst inlay, three divisions to hold the letters in place. The base with inset cut crystal ink well, the mahogany top strung with fruitwood to match the base. Pen tray to the front edge and moulded edge running around the base. Superb rich colour and polish and presented in immaculate condition. Measures 9" wide x 9" deep x 7.5" high at back of letter rack. Stock number 40366.
