Matching Pair of Antique Gainsborough Chairs
A matching pair of Victorian period mahogany framed Gainsborough chairs fully reupholstered in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric C.1880. The high quality well shaped frames with decorative carved cabriole legs to the front, and moulded splayed legs to the rear. Moulded arm supports to the front. The original comfortable horse hair upholstery recovered in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric with piped edges to a high standard. Very sturdy and useable, no breaks or repairs. Each measures 39" high to top of the back x 27" wide x 30" deep x 18" seat height. Stock number 35472.
