A matching pair of Victorian solid brass church candlesticks with decorative fretwork sconces c.1880. The heavy quality solid brass candlesticks with circular weighted bases for stability, the bases rising to meet the simple columns with decorative nuckles to the centre. Broad dished scones to the tops with fretwork fleur-de-lis galleries to the edges. Cat brass pricket to secure a large church candle set to the centre (removeable). Superb quality and both presented in immaculate condition.
