Moorcroft Pansy on White Vase
An early Moorcroft pansy pattern flared neck vase with desirable off white background, signed William Moorcroft to the base c.1913. The vase with slightly flared foot and rim in a desirable off white background. The decoration includes a continuous band of tube lined pansies in deep purple and pale lemon with soft green foliage to the top of the vase and complementing wreath of buds to the interior and the foot. Signed William Moorcroft to the base, along with a Moorcroft, Burslem factory impression indicating a date of manufacture of 1913. Presented in immaculate perfect condition.
