Moorcroft Pomegranate Flared Rim Vase
An immaculate Moorcroft pomegranate pattern flared rim vase, signed William Moorcroft c.1920. The vase with bulbous base, narrowing neck and broad flared rim. The sides of the vase decorated with a continuous band of tube lined pomegranates, autumn berries and leaves. Dark blue background, with the pomegranate painted in rich reds and terracotta tones, set against ochre leaves. Signed William Moorcroft to the base along with Moorcroft factory impressions indicating a date of manufacture c.1920. Presented in immaculate perfect condition.
