Oblong form with scalloped edges to the top and base, concaved sides. The lid with a fine engraving of the Scott monument, Edinburgh. Decorative engraved sides and base. The hinged lid opening to reveal a polished gilded interior with hinged engraved and fretted cover. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded and sought after maker Nathaniel Mills.
