Outstanding Kashmiri Lamp Standard
A stylish and unusual 1920's Kashmiri lamp standard with superb hand painted floral decoration, rewired ready for use. Wide dished turned hardwood base with small feet below, slender turned column above with vase shaped top. A black Japanned finish background with hand painted floral decoration in colourful teal blue, pinks and reds, complemented by tones of green and extensively trimmed with gilt, and with wonderful detail throughout. A stylish interiors statement piece, presented in superb original condition fully rewired ready for use. Measures 13" diameter at the base x 6...0" high to top of lamp holder. Stock number 43375.
