An outstanding quality Edwardian solid silver and engine turned floral decorated enamel ladies cheroot case with gilt lined interior with London import marks for 1904. Oblong form with rounded corners and domed surfaces. The face side finished with an engine turned pinstripe finish decorated with swags of pink enamel roses set against a pale bue pearlescent enamel background. Button release catch to the side inset with a cabouchon and the hinged case opening to reveal a clean gilt lined interior. Bears French silver marks and 925 Sterling mark along with London import stamp for 1904 to... both sections. The finest quality and presented in immaculate condition. Measures 3.25" long x 2" wide x 0.25" deep. Stock number 42898.
