A period oak boarded stool with wonderful colour and original patina c.1700.  The shaped profile sides with clover leaf shaped frets forming the legs, each sat at a slight angle. Single piece top with shaped edge and boarded apron set below on each side with matching shaped edge, matching stretcher below. Superb rich colour with well worn polished top and original patina, old iron patch and nailed repair to one foot.  Measures 20.5" long x 10.5" deep x 18" high.  Stock number 38769.
