Persian Hamadan 5' 5" Pure Wool Runner

A top quality antique Persian pure wool Hamadan runner in superb newly cleaned condition c.1900. The hand knotted rug with soft red ground to the main area of the runner, medallions running along the centre and interlinked geometric floral design in dark blues, champagnes and dark burgundies. Triple border to the outer edge with champagne ground and interlocking geometric decoration.
