Persian Hearth Sized Pure Wool Rug

A fine quality antique Persian rug from Kerman area of central Persia in superb unworn condition c.1900. The deep close hand knotted pile in rich red band around an intricate medallion to the centre of the rug in champagne creams, soft blues and pinks with floral decoration.
