An unusual Persian teal blue ground Malayer pure wool rug from Northwest Persia in superb unworn newly cleaned condition c.1920's. The hand knotted rug with unusual teal blue background which is decorated with a large fawn and dark chocolate coloured medalion to the centre and surrounded by smaller complimenting medalions. Broad triple boarder with dark brown and fawn backgrounds decorated with decoration to match the centre. Superb quality and presented in immaculate unworn newly cleaned condition.
