An Edwardian solid planished silver squeeze opening 'pebble' tobacco pebble with gilt lined interior, hallmarked Birmingham 1906. Circular form with rounded edges for comfort in the pocket, concealed hinge squeeze opening hinged flip up lid inset to the top The lid opening to reveal a clean gilt lined interior ( to open the lid the case can be squeezed either side and the lid flips open) Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Hilliard & Thomason along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in excellent condition.
