A Regency period revolving mahogany stool with buttoned leather seat c.1830. Substantial turned mahogany column with stylish moulded tripod foot base. The deep buttoned tan hide seat with moulded mahogany trim to the base, revolving on a rise and fall mechanism sat in a brass collar. Very sturdy and usable, no breaks or repairs. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 19" high rising to 24" high x 13" diameter. Stock number 37595.
