A Regency period oak tea caddy inlaid with panels of figured mahogany and burr satinwood c.1830. The hinged lid with chamfered edges sat over a tapering side base. The exterior inlaid to a high standard with panels of colourful figured mahogany and burr satinwood, original brass bun feet to the base. The hinged lid opening to reveal a chequered inlaid lid interior and a two section caddy with moulded oak lids to each side. Presented in excellent condition with a rich colour and deep polish. Measures 7" wide x 5" deep x 6" high. Stock number 40255.
