Regency Period Silver Leaf Taper Stick

A rare Regency period solid silver leaf design taper stick, hallmarked Birmingham 1829. The leaf design base forming the drip tray with fine quality decoration forming the leaf veins. The handle formed from the leaf stem with a small leaf to the top to aid holding. The candle scounce in the form of a flower bud. Bears the makers mark for Joseph Willmore. Presented in immaculate condition, superb in every detail. Measures 3" long x 2.75" deep x 1.5" high. Stock number 36517.
