A George V period RNLI Fisherman's marine barometer, made by Negretti & Zambra c.1920. Original porcelain dial bearing the highly regarded maker's name, Negretti & Zambra of London and numbered 4165. Coloured lettering to the weather predictions and marked 'Fisherman's Aneroid Barometer' to the top. Cast brass casing with chrome plated finish. Top and base wall fixings. Full working order. Slight wear to one corner of the dial. A very sought after collector's barometer. Measures 6" diameter x 7" high x 2.75" deep. Stock no. 37785.
