A fine quality Victorian solid silver whistle and vinaigrette combination in the form of a horn by collected maker Sampson Mordan, hallmarked London 1890. Fashioned in the form of a horn with two straps, hanging loop to each to secure the chain. The horn end with opening cover, fretwork gilded cover to the interior with hinged opening forming the vinaigrette.
