A Victorian silver novelty ' telescope ' cigar piercer by sought after maker Sampson Mordan, hallmarked London 1901. Stepped circular form with trumpet style end mimicking the form of telescope. The top section pushes in with a sprung action to push out the blade for piercing the cigar. Bears the makers mark for Sampson Mordan, presented in immaculate condition and full working order. Measures 3" long x 0.30 diameter. Stock number 35839.
