A solid silver fob watch case with blue and white enamel border to the lid marked Sterling c.1915. The oblong case with rounded corners and sides, and a slightly domed lid. The lid with spring catch release, which opens out to form a case for holding a fob watch when not in use. This is also a small hole at the top of the watch aperture to hold the chain. Bears the mark for watch case maker and importer George Dreyfus & Co; specialist in this kind of item along with clear marks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 2" wide x 2.5" deep x 0....5" high when closed and opens to 2.25" high. Stock number 43203.
