A George V period solid silver ink well in the form of a bell with original glass liner, hallmarked Birmingham 1925. Superbly detailed with lip at the base and the crown of the bell forming the lid, the bell mount forming a handle for the hinged lid, the lid opening to reveal a recessed interior with original glass liner. Both sections hallmarked along with registered number to the inside of the lid. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 3" diameter at the base x 3" high. Stock number 39012.
