Silver Cheroot Case

An unusual Edwardian engraved solid silver cheroot case styled in the form of a cigar case, hallmarked Birmingham 1906. Formed in the style of a larger cigar case, both sides of the case embossed to hold the six cheroots in place. Decorative engraving to both sides, small flanges to each side to aid opening. The case opening with a spring loaded hinge to reveal a clean gilt lined interior. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmith Samuel L Levi. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 2.25" wide x 3.25" long x 0.5" deep. Stock number 39061.
