An unusual George V period solid silver combination cheroot case and compact in mint unused condition, hallmarked Birmingham 1919. The heavy quality solid silver case with rounded corners and sides and a snap release catch located on the side. The case opening to reveal a fitted gilt lined interior with mirror and hinged cover powder compartment to one side and cheroot compartment to the other side with a retaining strap. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Saunders & Shepherd along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate unused conditi...on.
