A George V period solid silver two section stamp box with engine turned domed lid, hallmarked Birmingham 1911. The slightly domed lid with rolled rim to the edge and pin stripe design engine turned finish. Concave sides and apron foot with swept under edge forming small feet to the corners. The lid opening to reveal a clean two section interior with dished base for aiding removal of the stamps. Bears the makers mark for silversmiths Henry Williamson Ltd; heavy quality and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 2.25" wide x 1.8" deep x 0.85" high.
