Victorian Silver Stamp Box
A late Victorian solid silver two section stamp box in mint condition, hallmarked Birmingham 1900. The solid silver box with dished base and small bun feet to the corners. Spring loaded hinged top with two glazed windows for displaying stamps. The lid opening to reveal a two section gilt lined interior for storing the stamps, red leather cloth lining to the interior of the lid. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths E. S. Barnsley specialists in this type of item, along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition.
