A George V period solid silver circular lidded box with floral porcelain panel to the lid, hallmarked Birmingham 1923. The circular box with solid silver sides, the push fit lid with silver sides with inset slightly domed porcelain panel to the top which is decorated with porcelain forget-me-nots. The flowers hand painted in tones of pinks and blues with green foliage behind which are sat under an opalescent glaze. The push fit lid removes to reveal a clean interior with mahogany base.
