A George V period solid silver novelty Coronation Throne pin cushion, hallmarked London 1910. Modelled on the Coronation throne with superb detail throughout and made to commemorate the Coronation of George V. Recovered green pad to the seat to hold the pins; clear hallmarks to the underside with the makers mark for London silversmith Cornelius Saunders & Frank Shepherd. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 1.25" wide x 1" deep x 2.25" high to top of chair back. Stock number CB1343.
