Small Antique Burr Walnut Bureau Bookcase
A Small Antique burr walnut and pollard oak mirror door bureau bookcase C.1890. Stepped moulded cornice to the arched top, mirror door with original bevelled edge glass to the bookcase door, candle slide below. Fall front to the bureau opening to reveal a good arcaded fitted interior. The exterior book matched walnut veneered and crossbanded to the front with beaded mouldings to the frame. The sides and construction in pollard oak. Original brass fittings and bun feet. Superb colour and original patina. Measures 72" high x 24" wide x 18" deep ( maximum )
