A fine quality Edwardian period solid silver carriage clock with engine turned finish to the front by Walker & Hall, hallmarked Birmingham 1906. The arched top with scroll work hinged carrying handle, Embossed boarder to the front with engine turned finish to the centre, polished sides and hinged door to the rear. Sat on small bun feet. White porcelain enamel dial with Roman numerals, sat behind a convex glass. 8 day Paris made movement with platform escapement, fully overhauled and working. Bears the makers mark for Walker & Hall. Excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 4" high inclu...ding handle x 2" wide x 1.5" deep. Stock number 35512.
