A superb quality Edwardian burr walnut chest on stand with double serpentine shaped drawer fronts and cabriole legs with shell mounts c.1910. Walnut top with moulded edge sat over four double serpentine shaped front graduated drawers; the drawers with burr veners and cockbeaded edges along with original brass drop handles. The base section with moulded waist and single drawer, swept apron below; sat on moulded solid walnut Queen Anne style legs with shell carvings to the tops.
