A small proportioned Victorian golden oak banjo barometer with porcelain dial and skeletonised movement, fully serviced and working c.1890. The golden figured oak case with carved crest to the top and complementing crest to the base. Visible skeletonised movement sat to the centre of the circular cream enamel dial with weather predictions sat around the outer edge. Bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel with central reading marker sat over the top. Matching scale to the thermometer with original mercury action thermometer.
