A small proportioned Victorian polished oak banjo barometer c.1890. Silvered dial sat behind a cast brass bezel with bevelled edge glass and a centre reading marker. Matching silvered thermometer scale above with mercury action thermometer. The superb polished solid oak casing with carved relief to the surround of the dial. Decorative carvings to the top and base. Good small proportions, measuring only 26" high. Full working order. Presented in immaculate clean condition and ready to use. Measures 8" wide x 2.75" deep x 26" high. Stock number 38851.
