Stunning William & Mary Period Figured Walnut Escritoire
A Stunning William & Mary period antique figured walnut inlaid escritoire.c.1700. Oval burr walnut inlaid panel to the fall front top. Well fitted interior with inset writing surface and a selection of small drawers to the back. Secret compartments and inset drawers to the centre cupboard. Two short over two long drawers to the base with brass fittings. Standing on turned bun feet. Book matched veneers and herringbone cross banded throughout. Superb colour and patina. Measures 44" x 21"deep x 67"high.
