Superb Carved Timber Gilt Pediment Chinoiserie Mirror

A superb Edwardian period chinoiserie mirror with carved timber gilt pediment and original finish c.1910. Moulded frame with beaded gilt inner edge, and red lacquered finish with gilt relief. Carved pediment to the top with scroll work and prince of Wales feathers design and the original patinated gilt finish. Original quarter plate mirror glass with bevelled edge in superb condition. Measures 27" wide x 56.5" high x 1.5" deep. Stock Number CS194.
