Superb Early Thompsons of Kilburn Mouseman Lamp Standard
A superb early Thompson's of Kilburn Mouseman adzed oak lamp standard with trademark mouse to the base and superb original patina; rewired and ready for use c.1950's. Stepped octagonal base with adzed finish and small moulded feet below; well carved trademark mouse to the side. Slightly tapering adzed finished octagonal column above with recessed knuckle to the lower half. Mount to the top with brass switched lamp holder. Superb detail with a hand finish look reflected in earlier pieces, wonderful original colour and patina, fully rewired with silk covered flex and fitted plu...g ready for use. Measures 12" wide x 12" deep at the base x 2.5" diameter column tapering to 2" at the top x 57" high. Stock number 41225.
