Superb Large Victorian Silver Quaich
A superb large Victorian cast silver quaich with decorative rose boarder, hallmarked London 1899. Circular form tapering towards the base, the bottom half with embossed gadrooned decoration and a broad band of roses and buds forming a boarder below the rim. Matching cast and fretted scroll design handles set to either side of the rim. Bears the makers mark for London silversmiths John and Frank Parpoint, specialists in this type of item. Superb quality and condition, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 4.25" diameter x 7" wide including handles x 2.25" hi...gh. Stock number 39060.
