Superb McIntyre Blue Poppies Vase
A superb McIntyre Moorcroft 'Poppy' design vase signed William Moorcroft in mint condition c.1904. Bulbous base with narrow waist and broad flared rim; the vase decorated with a continuous band of tube lined poppies, the poppies and stems running up to the rim. Cream background with the flowers painted in deep blue with green stems, Matching blue wash to the interior of the rim and bears the McIntyre factory mark to the base along with William Moorcrofts signature in green. Presented in immaculate perfect unrestored condition. Measures 4.25" maximum width x 3" wide at the rim x 8"... high. Stock number 42887.
